Dr. Terry McCormack is a General Practitioner and Honorary Professor in the Institute of Clinical and Applied Health Research, Hull York Medical School. His main research interest is primary care cardiovascular prevention medicine. His particular current interest is Pre-Operative Blood Pressure. He is a member of three NICE guideline committees; hypertension, venous thromboembolism treatment and peri-operative care.
