Biography
Mike received his PhD in Animal Nutrition from the University of Alberta in 1992 followed by post-doctoral training in amino acid biochemistry and nutrition (University of Alberta, Texas A&M University), lipid biochemistry and nutrition (Centre for Food and Animal Research, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada), and meat quality (Lacombe Research and Development Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada) before his appointment as Meat Lipid Scientist.
