Biography
Dr. Whittlesey-Jerome has over 23 years of teaching experience in higher education, 12 years of diverse social work practice experience, and 30 years of leadership development in her professional organization. Her Research Interests are Quantitative and qualitative research of effectiveness of equine-assisted activities and treatment (EAAT) across human populations; Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) Equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) research and program evaluation; the Human Animal Partnership Model; well-beging in military families; trauma-related symptoms; EAAT and embodied restorying process (ERP) interdisciplinary collaboration
