Cardiotoxicity of doxorubicin (DOX) has gained increasing attention in clinical application. Fuzhengkangfu (FZK) decoction, a traditional Chinese herbal formula of replenishing Qi strengthening spleen, has been used to treat various cardiovascular diseases.
