Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), accounts for approximately 80-85% of all lung cancer cases, is the most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide. With the advances of high-throughput sequencing, accumulating evidence suggested that the long non-coding RNA molecules, with transcripts larger than 200 nucleotides, have important roles in multiple biological processes in NSCLC.
