Young-Cheol Chang

Biography

Prof. Young-Cheol Chang was born in South Korea and received his PhD from Gifu University in Japan. Currently, he is working for Muroran Institute of Technology(http://www.muroran-it.ac.jp/en/), Japan. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Research Fellow at University of Central Florida, USA.
