Biography
Associate Professor Zlatogor Minchev was born in Burgas, Bulgaria; Graduated High Technical School "Alexander Popov", Sofia ("Radio & Television", 1997); BSc on "Informatics & Mathematics" (University of Veliko Tarnovo "St. St. Cyril & Methodius", 2001); PhD degree on "Cybernetics & Robotics" (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, 2006); Associate Professor on "Automation & Control" (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, 2010). Author and co-author of more than 60 scientific publications (including four books and two patents) in the field of computer science, cybernetics, robotics, electronics, biosignal processing, security sector governance, crisis management and cybersecurity.
