Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) syndrome, also referred to as drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome, is a distinct, potentially life-threatening adverse reaction. There are 3 sets of criteria that are helping in diagnosis. We present three challenging cases with DRESS syndrome, and discuss the intravenous immunoglobulins in the therapy.
