Biography

Dr. Asmita Bhattacharyya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, India. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from Jadavpur University in 2014, focusing her dissertation on "Gender and Work in Information Technology Sector: A Sociological Study of Women Workforce."
