Dr. Lilia Candelario is a researcher at the Department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen in Frederiksberg, Denmark. Her work focuses on dairy science, particularly the structural and physical-chemical properties of milk fat globules (MFGs). She has co-authored studies on gentle milk fat separation using silicon carbide ceramic membranes and the structural properties of MFGs fractionated by these membranes
