In the last ten years, there have been several accidents, some of them very serious due to airplane pilots showing psychological or psychopathological problems or obvious signs of distress. In this article, starting from the 24 March 2015 catastrophe, flight GWI18G operated by German wings with an airbus A320, carrying 150 people on board crashed into the foothills of the French Alps, offers various possibilities for evaluation and prevention.
