70-y-old constructor right- handed man without significant past medical history, presented by bilateral hand tingling
and numbness associated with frequent objects drops for 1 year. No other neurological symptoms, no gait abnormity.
The patient continued his labor work with difficulty. After thorough clinical and electrophysical exam; the condition
