Every day data is generated from various applications, for example, from the Web and medical healthcare sectors.
Data science and machine learning algorithms are used in clinical data (i.e., electronic health records, medical
reports, treatments) to analyze reports The genome is all the genetic material of an organism and is made from
Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA). Genome studies include structuring, sequencing, molecular bioinformatics and
understanding the variants which help to provide cures and medical inventions for various diseases. Genome analysis
issues are encountered in drug, electronic healthcare, gene sequencing, analysis and prediction systems. Protein
structure detection and prediction of the gene are equally important. Knowledge of genes is used in the development
