  Primary Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) of the kidney is exceptionally infrequent and associated with chronic inflammation such as urolithiasis and chronic infection. Because of its rarity with non-specific clinical and radiological findings, it is almost always never suspected preoperatively.
