  Determinants of Innovation in Tunisian Hotels

  The objective of this paper is the measurement of the innovation’s degree and its impact on performance of Tunisian hotels between 3 and 5 stars after the revolution happened on 2011 (in 2015 the number of Tunisia hotels is about 409 hotel: 3, 4 and 5 stars). For this study, our model used is based on and their determinants (12 determinants are used and classified in 3 categories: internal, external and environmental factors).
