Electric Bicycle Riding Improves Cardiometabolism in Moderately Active Adults

The popularity of electric bicycles (ebikes) has recently soared with sales projected to grow to $119.72 billion by 2030. This trend is driven by their lower cost and eco-friendliness compared to gas-fueled vehicles.
