Biography

Dr. Huang Zhou is a researcher in the Department of Gynecology at Central South University in Changsha, China. He has contributed to studies on the impact of environmental factors on gametogenesis and fertility. In a 2024 article titled "Environmental Factors and Gametogenesis: Impact on Fertility," Dr. Zhou discusses how elements like endocrine disruptors, heavy metals, radiation exposure, heat stress, nutritional deficiencies, and lifestyle factors can adversely affect gamete development and reproductive health. Additionally, Dr. Zhou has co-authored research on the role of miR-143 in cervical cancer.
