Professor of Organizational and Developmental Psychology at the European University of Rome, where he works also as Delegate for the development of international research and as co-Scientific Director of the Laboratory of Applied Psychology in the field of Organizational Psychology. He’s a Psychologist and Psychotherapist (N ° 16893 Lazio). He is also the Scientific Research Director of the European Institute of Positive Psychology (IEPP. Madrid)
