Objective: This study aims to investigate the role of serum asymmetric dimethylarginine and nitric oxide levels in the pathogenesis and severity of hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets syndrome, Eclampsia, and Pre-eclampsia.
Methods and methods: A total of 90 patients including hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets syndrome (n=30), Eclampsia (n=30), and Pre-eclampsia (n=30) were included in the study. Pregnancy was calculated according to the last menstrual period and ultrasonographic fetal biometric measurements, and only patients with a 32-week and above pregnancy were included. Similarly, 30 healthy pregnant women in the same age and gestational week who were admitted for pregnancy control were included in the study. Serum asymmetric dimethylarginine, Arginine and nitric oxide levels were measured for all fo.. View More»
