  Introduction: We spent over two decades in an effort to search and study the same electric charge properties of chromosomes that were doubted, rejected and ignored in main stream theories and concepts in genetics and molecular biology. Materials & Methods: All studies described in this publication were organized at the Human Genetics Laboratory, Munroe-Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation, University of Nebraska Medical Center, USA. They provided chromosome materials, funding, technologies, consumptives and resources used in this study.
