Respiratory Distress Revealing Pyloric Atresia with Epidermolysis Bullosa

Pyloric atresia is a rare entity, especially in association with epidermolysis bullosa, of autosomal recessive transmission. The diagnosis is based on genetic study, the treatment of atresia is surgical according to the anatomical type of atresia.
