    Food Trucks in Times of COVID-19: An Overview

    Food trucks are one of the best performing segments in the foodservice industry. However, the exceptional circumstances of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic have induced disruption in the food truck system, creating ripple effects and impacting public health from socio-economic, nutritional, and socio-cultural perspectives.
