Dr. nadeem Ullah is a professor in the department of Botany at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. He has published one article “Senna artemisioides of family Leguminosae and Mansoa alliacea of family Bignoniaceae: two new records to the Flora of Pakistan” which is recorded to be the new species of flowers found in Pakistan. He had worked on a project which is completely based on Plant Taxonomy.

Anatomical Study of Four Wild Plant Species Growing Along Contaminated Water Channel in Khokhar Town, Bund Road, Lahore, Pakistan

The present study described the effect of waste water used for irrigation purpose on the anatomical characters of plants. This waste water comprises of municipal, industrial and dairy waste containing organic matter, Ca++, Mg++, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. Anatomy of four wild plants i.e. Trianthema portulacastrum L., Amaranthes viridis L., Portulaca oleracea L. and Persicaria barbata L. was studied.
