The treatment of endometriosis is multifaceted, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. Treatment objectives encompass pain relief, symptom management, and, when desired, fertility preservation. The choice of treatment hinges on factors such as the severity of the disease, symptom intensity, and reproductive goals. Conservative approaches may involve pain medications, hormonal therapies, or lifestyle modifications to alleviate discomfort.
