  Demand and supply is a theory that explains how sellers and buyers interact for a given resource. The project discusses both the demand for seasonal fruits as well as the availability of seasonal fruits in India. It discusses the issues with seasonal fruit supply chains and how to improve them. It explains various aspects such as warehousing, transportation, perishability etc. due to which the sellers faces losses.
