A Prolonged Course of Amanita muscaria Mushroom Poisoning

We report the case of a 56 year old male patient who presented to the Emergency Department (ED) with altered
mental status and reported Amanita muscaria mushroom ingestion. Amanita muscaria or fly agaric mushrooms
