This paper discusses the comparative study of induction heating of stainless steel, chromium steel, and Iron by using
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) methodology. Induction heating is a heat-treating process that allows much
targeted heating of metals by electromagnetic induction. The proposed methodology describes the step-by-step Multiphysics
(Electromagnetic heating) design approach, verified by the experimental measurements of simulation. The combined recipe
of Electromagnetic induction and Joule heating is achieved by heat transfer (Heat flux, Surface to ambient radiation) and
magnetic field with axial symmetry. The target of this approach is to be able to determine the temperature distribution and
magnetic flux density with Frequency-Transient modeling. Also, with a comparative study of different materials, we conclude
which will be the best. This will he.. View More»
