The report considers the issue that concerns the study of the morphological and agricultural characteristics of gvara-khutsubani wine and breeds for the table and the potential of wines obtained from them. As a result of experimental studies, the breeds of the vines cardinal, crimson sidles, black muscat, white muscat and wine breeds. The process of the phenological phase of all these breeds, biometric indicators, technical indicators and yield were studied.
