Kyphoscoliosis is one of the manifestations of renal bone disease due to End stage renal disease (ESRD). Chronic renal failure patients usually present with comorbidities like hypertension, Diabetes, Dyslipedidemias, however, the risk of renal transplant increases multifold when the patient also suffers with respiratory problems.
