  The document marks the most important progress acquired, as well as the numerous pressing challenges in the area of Ergonomics and the ergonomist profession on the road to its development and consolidation. In this context, the manuscript also highlights our own experience, including the approaches or actions taken, which have ultimately achieved the Project's main objectives with regard to the "ergonomist" profession.
