  Background: It was stated that maternal satisfaction with delivery care service is used to measure the ability of services provided to meet the client expectation. In Nekemte Specialized Hospital there is lack of empirical evidences on the level of maternal satisfaction who attend maternity ward to gate delivery care services. Objectives: To assess the level of maternal satisfaction and associated factors towards delivery service among mothers who gave birth at Nekemte Specialized Hospital, 2019. Methods: A facility based quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted from April-01 to April-30, 2019 in Maternity ward of the Hospital.
