This study has explored the outcomes of RASP and HoLEP, further highlighting that although both modalities are safe and feasible Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) treatment options, there is significant variability in perioperative outcomes and complications, such as operative time, blood loss, discharge time, and transient stress urinary incontinence.
