A spectrum of behaviors and policies governed by the principles of integrity, impartiality and accountability constitute ethical practices within an organizational framework. A fundamental component of an organization's ethical framework is the incorporation and consistent application of ethical standards in all aspects of its operations, including employee relations, consumer interactions, decision-making and community involvement.
