  Ribosome Biogenesis: A Major Player in the Exosome of Gastric Cancer

  Objective: To identify of vital genes in the blood exosome related to the process of gastric carcinogenesis and help to reduce mortality rates through early diagnosis and the development of new anticancer therapies. Method: The Ribo-Nucleic Acids (RNAs) data of blood exosomes from patients with Gastric Cancer (GC) and healthy controls were downlinked from exoRBase database and the differential expression of messenger RNA (mRNA), long non coding RNA (lncRNA) and circular RNA (circRNA) were analyzed using R language. Then the relevant RNAs and their corresponding micro RNA (miRNA) data predicted by Encyclopedia of RNA Interactomes (ENCORI), miRcode and other databases, were imported into the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network.
