    Management of A COVID-19 Spike Protein based Vaccine which Inducing Blood Clots and Damage to ACE2 Expressing Cells-A Double-Edged Sword

    The interaction between various COVID-19 vaccines and our immune system's response to mediate protection or susceptibility to SARS-CoV-2 is in the very initial stages of understanding. Hundreds of 2019 Corona virus disease targeting vaccines are currently in progress, but success is unknown. Most of the vaccine candidates use a protein- based subunit (spike protein-based vaccine)-so, instead of using a complete pathogenic virus, they are built on a small component of it, such as a protein found in its outer shell. That protein is administered to patients in a high dose, with the aim of inducing a fast and strong reaction by the human immune system.
