Improving Attention by Background Music: A Study on the Effects of Background Music on Adolescents' Attention when Studying

With advances in electronic technology, music is becoming more prevalent in people's lives, work, and studies. Adolescents often enjoy music while studying to improve their learning environment. Nevertheless, the impact of background music on cognitive activity remains a subject of ongoing debate. Some studies suggest that music can improve learning by soothing the mood and improving concentration.
