Peer Review Process
Journal of Down Syndrome and Chromosomal Abnormalities runs a double-blind peer review system. Independent researchers in related research fields evaluate the originality, validity and relevance of submitted manuscripts to help editors determine whether the manuscript should be published in the journal. The submitted manuscript will generally be reviewed by two or more experts who will be asked to assess whether the manuscript is scientifically sound and consistent, whether it is duplicated with published work, and whether the manuscript is clear enough for publication.
