Dr. Fuks is a graduate of Columbia University (1994) and Mount Sinai School of Medicine (1998). He completed OB / GYN residency (2002) and Maternal – Fetal Medicine Fellowship (2005) at New York Medical College. Subsequently, Dr. Fuks was a full-time faculty member at New York Medical College and Maternal-Fetal Medicine attending physician at Metropolitan Hospital Center. In 2007 he moved on to become Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center and then, in 2011, joined Queens Hospital Center as Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. Throughout his carrier, Dr. Fuks has been extensively involved in education and training of medical students, residents and maternal-fetal medicine fellows. He is a recipient of multiple awards for Excellence in Teaching and has been named among America’s Top Obstetricians & Gynecologists in 2010. Dr. Fuks has authored multiple research publications in national and international journals in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine, and had multiple presentations at national and international scientific forums.
