Angela Santiago

Biography

Angela Elaine H. Santiago received her MD from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.  She completed her residency in Pediatrics in SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.  She then completed a fellowship in Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Hartford, CT. She is currently a Pediatric Endocrinologist and Assistant Professor in the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City.

Research Interest

Type 1 DM, growth and puberty disorders.  currently pursuing a research project on cystic fibrosis related diabetes.
