Baris Ata received his medical degree from the Istanbul School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2003. After further training in infertility and assisted reproduction at the American Hospital of Istanbul, he completed a three years clinical fellowship in Reproductive Gynecological Endocrinology and Infertility at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He gained a Masters Degree in Clinical Trials from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in 2010.
areas of interest are ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, in vitro oocyte maturation, as well as clinical aspects of IVF treatment.
