Dr. Christopher Ho is an assistant professor at the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, MA. He then moved on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. He is board certified in ambulatory care and is currently practicing as a clinical pharmacy specialist in the ambulatory care areas of diabetes and primary care at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, where he offers rotations for both pharmacy students and residents. At the college, he teaches courses in both the pharmacy and physician assistant programs in areas such as acute coronary syndromes, ischemic heart disease, colorectal cancer, and drugs of abuse. He is also currently the president-elect of the Royal Counties Society of Health-System Pharmacists and his research interests include the areas of diabetes and cardiology.
