Dan Jia, D.D.S., Ph.D. is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Radiation Oncology, College of Medicine, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Arkansas, since 2007. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery in Beijing Medical University, Beijing, China, in 1990 and Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2003 at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada, in 2003, and completed post-doctoral fellowship on Steroid-induced Bone Metabolism Diseases in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Center for Osteoporosis and Metabolic Bone Diseases, Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2007. He has served as reviewers for biomedical research journals Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters, Investigational New Drugs, Life Sciences; Radiation Research. He also serves as reviewer for the Florida Biomedical Research Program administered by the Florida Department of Health, and the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute.
