Biography

Dr Rabail Raza is a dedicated professional, benefiting from experience working effectively as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Resourceful, responsive to change whilst achieving collective objectives in the caring and development of patients. Record of managing busy caseloads, promoting services, increasing personal and professional standards. Now looking forward to making a continued significant contribution within ward management in Pakistan. Possessing over 2 years of clinical experience in a different medical departments of busy Medical hospitals. Undertaking a variety of roles: as a medical officer, a recovery and high dependency practitioner and delivering high quality patient care. She has got her FCPS Part 1 in Diagnostic Radiology in Febraury 2014 and MBBS from Sindh Medical College(Dow University of Health Sciences) during the period of 2012 June. Her research interests include study the Knowledge, Attitude and practice of Breast self-examination in women. She has participated Volunteer Activities 2011-2014 Patients Helping Hand : This society is a non-government, non-political organization run by the students of SMC with sole purpose of helping the non- affording patients, organizing charity walks, funfairs and fund raising campaigns to help the underprivileged. So far, we have managed to set drug banks at NICH and gyne/obs dept JPMC, arranged seminars on BLS and hygiene awareness programs for patients. The ICU has been set functioning and catering the needs of surgical patients of JPMC surg unit 3. Medical Relief Camp For Tharparkar Drought Affectives May 2014: This was arranged by Qayoom welfare and developing organization, with the aim of providing immediate support and rehabilitation to the victims of disaster. She has been Awarded for Best House Physician in Medical Unit II JPMC, 5th Position holder in SSC 2004, 8th Position holder in HSC 2006 and Awarded Presidential Scholarships 2004-2006. She is a Member of Registered citizen of Islamic Republic Of Pakistan, Registered Medical Practitioner with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, Insured and vaccinated Pakistani Citizen.

Her research interests include study the Knowledge, Attitude and practice of Breast self-examination in women.
