Dr. Soheil Bahrebar

Biography

My MSc and bachelor was about national resource engineering (Fisheries biology) and PhD in Marine biology and ecology. I worked on Caspian Sea and my studies was about biological characteristics, reproductive, population of some fishes and ecological health sustainability evaluation and distribution of macrobenthos of marine national parks. Also I really like to work on lakes or marine waters. I am a creative person, conscientious, trustworthy and I would like to work in this way, in a group and make improve in my field with your help. I worked as a lecturer in university since 2013 and I am confident my 4 years of experience in head of industrial interrelationship office in Iranian national institute of oceanography and atmospheric science (project recruitment manager) and four years of experience in editing and teaching in this field at universiry and having more than 10 years experience for breeding of trout in my farm, having six scientific research article, authored several books, participating in research projects (as a project executor and co-worker), participant in congresses and conferences, having six international USpatents also I have been referee of international patent attorney from Iran National Science Foundation, would allow me to contribute to the successful coordinat ion of related duties. I am a hard working person, who is focus and goal oriented, with passion for what I do and as a program coordinator and editor, I would relish the opportunity to leverage my past experiences for this worthy cause, and learn from the experiences of my fellow team member.

Research Interest

I started my interest to marine sciences and aquarium biology and ecology when I was a kid. I established my aquarium about 15 years ago in my house and I kept ever since now. By investigate of fascinating aquarium and biology cases in these years, I achieved to register of 6 patents and authored two books in biology topics. In bachelor I work and study about biological characteristics and reproductive of some the best aquarium fish species. In master due to interest to work in large marine and stream environments, as the Caspian Sea in northern part of the Iran and rivers, I continued my own research and investigation on population of Cobitis taenia in Caspian Sea and in another research project with focus on marine biology and wetlands also National parks, I started a field work on marine national park with investigation of ecological health evaluation and distribution of macrobenthos of coastal waters in Marine National Park, Southern Caspian Sea. Generally my inretest is about Ecological Health Evaluation and Distribution of Macro benthos of Coastal Waters, Human-induced changes in marine populations, marine communities and ecosystems, Evolutionary ecology & biology of fishes, actors that regulate populations of benthic marine invertebrates and macrobenthos of ecological and economic importance, using a combination of approaches, such as field sampling, laboratory experiments and mathematical modelling, Marine biodiversity, fisheries ecology and ecosystem management and marine Sediment biodiversity and etc. Completion of the course, having six scientific research articles. Authored several books, participating in research projects, participation in congresses and conferences such as certified training. I'm ready in the way of science, I will discovery any more new science.
