Dr. Holt is as Assistant Professor at Yale University in the Department of Medicine, Section of Endocrinology and Metabolism. She earned her M.D. degree from Yale, and a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Physiology, also from Yale. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In her current position she spends the majority of her time caring for patients with a variety of endocrine conditions, with a focus on thyroid, adrenal and metabolic bone disease. She is actively involved in teaching medical students, residents and fellows.
Dr. Holt?s research interests are in clinical thyroidology and parathyroid disease.
