Emmanuel O. Adesuyi was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He received a bachelor degree in nursing science from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria, in 2012, and Master Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology and Medical Statistics specialty along-side other degrees from the same university. He had special interest in Oncology which was where he would later specialize. He is registered with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria as a Registered nurse and Registered Obstetrics/gynecology nurse. He started his research career as a student in the university as well as an educator by working along-side with other researchers on RNA virus and Neoplastic growths. In a bid to develop his research skills, he took courses in germane subjects which includes: “Computational thinking for educators” sponsored by google inc, “Improving Healthcare with Clinical Research” from the University of Leeds, “Cancer in the 21st century” from the University of Glasgow. He is very vast in information computer technology as he believes research in the 21st century should be faster and more credulous due to the rapid increase in the application of new technologies to research processes. In order to be able to use most computer software/applications, he completed courses in: “Information Computer Technology” from the same university he graduated from in 2007 and also completed a training on “Desktop publishing” from Resos Computer College, Ijegun Lagos. As he sought for means to take advantage of experiences at the side of patients in the Hospital/health facilities for the conduct of more credulous and profound research, he worked with Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso as a nursing officer in 2015 and the University College Hospital, Ibadan as a nursing Officer in 2016. In 2012, he became the Editor-in-chief of a local publishing journal called “Corpers Health Team Publication” where health issues and scholarly articles are being published. At the same time, he was appointed the Programs and Communication Manager as he functioned as the peer educator of the organization. He was later appointed one of the writers of the nursing world Nigeria and hub pages, an online health publishing platforms. He was made the Chief Medical Research analyst of the Institute of Nursing Research where he analyses several collected data. His current research interests include: latent angiogenesis initiators, cancer metastasis, cancer vaccines, cancer in pregnant women. He is a member of the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria, a member of Mission Sending Force Nigeria, Naoscm Medical Mission Team. He is presently the Head of Cancer Research Department and the general coordinator of the Institute of Nursing Research (INR-FCNSWZ) Nigeria. He is currently working with several teams of medical researchers from different medical backgrounds on how to put an end to the menace of cancers. He has authored and co-authored quite a number of books in several field. He has also published several scientific papers and manuscripts.
