Hilary Cheng, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the College of Management, Yuan Ze University since 1996. Hilary used to serve as the Chairman of the Department of Business Administration from 2004 to 2007, during which she initiated the first Service Science and Management M.B.A. Program in Taiwan. Hilary’s research specialties and interests range from service management, operations management, e-business, quality assurance, financial forecasting, to data visualization. In addition to academia involvement, for the past17 years, Hilary has been working as consultant on various industry projects for both public and private sectors. Hilary also served as an ICT consultant at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, and Mongolia during 2009 to 2012. Hilary holds a MBA degree from Kansas State University, and a Ph.D. in Management from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
