He got his bachelor degree at Henan Polytechnic University, China in 1996 and got his master degree at the same university in 1999. Then, he got his Ph. D at Beijing Institute of Technology, China in 2004. He did his postdoctoral research in Beijing University of Technology, China in 2004-2006. He has worked at China Institute of Industrial Relations, China since 2006. Before this experience, he worked at Henan University of Science and Technology, China in 1999-2006. He has been associate professor since 2007. Now he does research at School of Software, University of Technology Sydney, Australia as a visiting scholar.
His research interest is information systems, project management and early warning information systems.
