Hua Xu

Biography

Hua Xu is a research assistant professor of Research Resources Center, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Department of Medical Chemistry & Pharmacognosy, University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL. He has received a PhD in Chemistry at The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH in 2003-2007. He has received a M.S. in Chemistry at Nanjing University, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China in 2000-2003. He has completed his B.S. in Chemistry at Nanjing University in 1996-2000. He has published 21 research papers on peer-reviewed scientific journals including Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, Journal of Proteome Research, Proteomics, Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, and Journal of Physical Chemistry B. He has also reviewed manuscripts for Journal of Proteome Research, Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, Bioinformatics, Analytical Chemistry, and Computational Biology and Chemistry.
