Biography

Prof/Dr. Ionel BOSTAN has received his PhD in Economics (1999) and Business Law (2008) – Al. I. Cuza University Iasi, Romania. Currently, he is working as Professor PhD. in Al. I. Cuza University, Iasi, Romania. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Senior Auditor of The Romanian Court of Accounts. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like international journal of academic research, journal of applied finance & banking, journal of business research, journal of economics studies and research etc. He has authored 35 research articles/books. He is a member of Management Academic Society, Association of Journalists of Romania, The Academy of Legal Studies in Business, The New York Academy of Sciences etc. He has honoured as Doctor Honoris Causa - The Academy of Economic Studies (Moldova), University Senate Decision – No.24/02/2010, Medal ‘Experience Mutu - Omnibus prodest’ granted by the President of the Romanian Court of Accounts (2004).
